Will my order be in time for the Holidays?

As much as we attempt to have all orders delivered before the holiday season, orders might be delayed and received after. This will be dependant on carrier capacity and the date of order placed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, you can expect your order to be produced in in 2-3 business days and arrive within 4-7 business days once shipped.

What is our return policy?

All merchandise is printed-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Dropp*d offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. In such cases, Please get in touch with our team @support@droppd.com

How do I cancel or edit an order?

Cancellation

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the data has reached the Printing House, and they may already be working on fulfilling the order. As a result, it may not be possible to request cancellation at this point.

How can I track my order?

Why didn’t I receive all the products in my order?

Since we work with multiple vendors, items in your order may ship from different facilities. This means your order could arrive in separate packages at different times. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
