Your Order Returns and Cancellations

Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy.

We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your order and are committed to addressing any defects or issues. Since our products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. If you encounter any problems with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will work to provide a solution. To assist us in resolving the issue, we will need clear, well-lit photographs that demonstrate the quality concern.

Please note that in some cases, you may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet gone into production. However, production may begin shortly after your order is placed, so cancellations are not always possible.
